I really enjoy football and follow the NFL very closely. If you love great leadership examples, football gives us exposure to a wealth of leadership styles and approaches. It also provides us with a similar set of leadership disappointments. This last weekend, the Super Bowl brought us both spectrums of the leadership continuum through the teams respective quarterbacks.
